Sheesh…..just how low ARE the standards to be a PO in Aurora?

He was not hired, as anyone can apply for any job. As well, It does not mean that APD has low standards because he “was not hired” as the story said. He was, however, trained at the police academy which has lowered its standards so that it is now open enrollment.
