This morning while out for an AM hike I discovered that beavers were on the move at Moebius Nature Center. Based on conversations with staff, 
the beavers presence in the area is a new development. Time will tell if this is a transient beaver, or one or more planning on staying put at the pond. A roll of 4 ft wide poultry wire has been puchased in an effort to protect the historic row of willow trees the beaver has damaged. www.moebiusnaturecenter.org
