		<description>Thank you to the service department for posting signs that businesses in the area are open.  Unfortunately, the state decided to used every day of the project plan.  The bridge was finished on November 15th but not opened until the 30th supposedly because two dry days were needed for a sealant to cure.  If memory serves me correctly, there were plenty of dry days between the 15th and 30th.  Coincidence that it was opened on the 30th?  I think not.</description>
