Does anyone remember when the shopping center (Wal-Mart and such) was trying to get in and they couldn't get the water connection? Well, Aurora gave them the water and then oh boy we all get a water hike. Now again. I love paying higher rates so that we can be just like every other town with our Wal-Mart and Home Depot right down the street!! Funny how the water rates are going up again.
